general synoptic situation:

A high of 1030 over southern Finland is moving slightly westward.

A ridge extending to southern Norway is stationary. Another ridge

extending to Ukraine is strengthening. A complex deep low of 970 

west of Ireland is moving westwards on Tuesday and is weakening. 

A trough extending to the Iberian Peninsula swings northeastwards

to the English Channel and Western Germany.

visibility/weather: at times rain or snow with poor visibility, 

eastern part partly moderate icing.

sea: northern part increasing 6 meter.

Southwestern North Sea:
