general synoptic situation:

An extensive high 1029 centered over central Sweden and with a 

ridge to southern Norway remains largely stationary. Another 

ridge 1022 extending to western Ukraine swings slightly eastwards

while intensifying. A complex low is located west of the British 

Isles. An associated low 979 west of the English Channel moves 

towards Ireland while filling up. An associated trough swings 

from France across western Germany to the North Sea.

visibility/weather: at times rain or snow with poor visibility, 

eastern part partly moderate icing.

sea: northern part increasing 6 meter.

Southwestern North Sea:

southerly directions and decreasing 4 to 5.

visibility/weather: at times rain with poor visibility.

sea: humber increasing 4 meter.
