general synoptic situation:

A high 1029 over Romania is moving towards Turkey. A ridge 

extending to Lake Ladoga is shifting southeastward while 

weakening. A high 1028 over the British Isles is moving towards 

Jutland. On Wednesday, a ridge will build towards Norway. A deep 

low 974 over the central part of the Norwegian Sea is moving 

towards Karelia while weakening. A trough over southern Sweden is

moving towards Ukraine.

German Bight:

wind: northwest to north 3 to 4, light and variable winds later.

visibility/weather: later coastal fog patches.

sea: northwestern part 1,5 meter.

Southwestern North Sea:

wind: north to northeast about 3, shifting east later.

visibility/weather: later coastal fog patches.

sea: 1 meter.

Fischer:

wind: west to northwest 4 to 5, northern part locally 6,
