general synoptic situation:

A gale 975 to the east of Svalbard moves southeastwards. An 

associated trough will extend from the White Sea to Russia. An 

extensive high 1038 Shetland-Islands somewhat weakens. From this,

a broad ridge extends across Poland towards southeastern Europe 

and hardly changes. A low 1013 Iberian Peninsula weakens.

wind: east to southeast about 4, southwestern part locally 6, 

northeastern part light and variable winds.

visibility/weather: at times coastal fog patches.

sea: southwestern part for a time 2 meter.

Southwestern North Sea:

wind: east about 5.

visibility/weather: good visibility.

sea: 2 meter.

Fischer:

wind: northern part first northwesterly winds 4 to 5, otherwise 

variable directions 2 to 4.

visibility/weather: later coastal fog patches.
