general synoptic situation:

A high 1031 over western Russia moves eastward. A ridge extending

to Norway and Sweden weakens. A deep low 963 west-southwest of 

Ireland weakens. A secondary low 971 west of Land's End moves 

towards 52°N and 20°W, weakening. A broad trough extending to the

central Mediterranean moves northeastwards. Subsequently, a new 

low 989 forms over the central Mediterranean on Friday morning, 

moving towards northern Italy.

wind: east about 6.

visibility/weather: at times snow or rain with partly very poor 

visibility, eastern part light icing.

sea: northwestern part 4 meter.

Southwestern North Sea:

wind: east 6 to 7, later decreasing about 5.

visibility.

sea: humber for a time 4 meter.

Fischer:
