A deep low 963 northeast of the Kola Peninsula moves slowly 

northeastwards while weakening. A high 1021 over Romania weakens.

A ridge swings from Denmark across southern Finland 

northeastwards. A low 1008 over western France moves to southern 

Sweden while deepening. A ridge of the Azores High 1031 extends 

to Iceland and swings across the British Isles to the North Sea.
