general synoptic situation:

A ridge of the Azores high 1033 extends over France to southern 

Sweden and the Baltic States. This swings eastward while 

weakening and will form an independent high 1020 over the Baltic 

States on Sunday afternoon. This will subsequently weaken. A deep

low 969 southwest of Iceland moves towards Ireland while 

weakening. On Monday morning, a secondary low 984 will form east 

of Scotland.

southwestern part moderate snow, near the coast light icing.

sea: increasing 2 to 4 meter, at the coast sea ice.
