general synoptic situation:

A high 1017 Baltic States hardly changes. A low 984 Forties 

slowly moves to the German Bight. An associated trough extends to

the Netherlands and moves eastwards until it reaches the Elbe 

River. Meanwhile, a high 1010 Denmark Strait moves to Scotland 

and intensifies.

wind: southeast about 5, southwestern part shifting west.

visibility/weather: at times snow or rain with very poor 

visibility, eastern part light icing.

sea: northern part first 3 meter, at the coast sea ice.

Southwestern North Sea:

wind: west 5 to 6, shifting northwest later.

visibility/weather: locally shower or thunderstorms with poor 

visibility.

sea: 2 meter.

Fischer:

wind: southeast 7, later decreasing 6.
