A low-pressure trough 1008 Estonia, 1004 Denmark weakens 

somewhat in the western part. A high pressure system 1027 

Iceland weakens and initially extends with a ridge to the 

south-west of the North Sea. An extensive depression 999 

in western France moves towards north-east France, 

weakening. Troughs reach the English Channel.
