general synoptic situation:

A high 1031 over northern Spain moves to France while weakening. 

By Tuesday morning, a ridge will extend to Denmark. A low 995 

southeast of Karelia moves to the Kola Peninsula, weakening. An 

extensive low 987 southeast of Iceland moves to the Norwegian Sea

while weakening. An associated trough extending across southern 

Norway and the southeastern Baltic Sea towards Ukraine weakens 

over southern Sweden. During the night of Tuesday, an independent

low 1003 will form over the Baltic States, which will move 

eastwards while weakening.

wind: southwest to west about 5, later decreasing 3 to 4.

visibility/weather: at times shower with poor visibility, at 

times coastal fog patches.

sea: western part for a time 2,5 meter, at the coast sea ice.

Southwestern North Sea:

visibility/weather: later rain with poor visibility.

sea: for a time 2,5 meter.
