A high 1026 eastern part of the Norwegian Sea moves to Northern 

Norway while strengthening. A ridge extending to Ukraine remains 

largely unchanged. A low 1009 over Brittany moves slightly 

northwestward and fills up. A low 1008 west of the Bay of Biscay 

deepens.
