An extensive low 993 northwestern Russia is stationary. A high 

1024 central Germany weakens. A new high 1032 west of the 

Hebrides moves to east and is expected over northern portions of 

the North Sea on Wednesday. Meanwhile, a trough of low pressure 

extends across the Alps from a low 1019 Britany to 1014 Balkan 

States.
