general synoptic situation:

A high 1017 over southern Norway to central Sweden is 

strengthening over northern Sweden. A low 1001 over Poland is 

filling. A deep low 960 just west of Ireland is moving 

northwestward, weakening slightly. Its frontal system travels 

across the North Sea and overnight to Wednesday becomes 

stationary at eastern part.

wind: east to southeast about 4, increasing 6 to 7.

visibility/weather: moderate visibility, southwestern part later 

rain with partly very poor visibility, at the coast sleet.

sea: northwestern part increasing 4 meter.

Southwestern North Sea:

later shifting south to southwest and decreasing about 3.
