general synoptic situation:

A high 1031 over Romania remains largely unchanged. A bridge of 

high pressure extends across Italy to the Azores high 1034. A 

deep low 981 northeast of Iceland moves northeastward while 

weakening. A secondary low 1001 over the northern part of the 

Gulf of Bothnia moves across the White Sea to the east, 

weakening. Another secondary low 1006 over Cornwall moves across 

Fischer towards Sweden.

visibility/weather: rain or shower with very poor visibility, 

first fog patches.
