general synoptic situation:

A high 1018 over central Sweden moves to Lapland while 

intensifying. A ridge of 1017 over southern Norway remains 

stationary while intensifying as well. A low 1002 over eastern 

Poland moves towards Belarus while filling up. A complex gale 960

north-west of Ireland moves north-westwards while weakening. An 

associated trough swings from England to the south-western North 

Sea where it will remain stationary from Wednesday morning, 

weakening in the further process.

wind: first northwestern part east to southeast 7, otherwise 

about 6.

visibility/weather: southwestern part rain or snow with very poor

visibility.

sea: northwestern part first 4 meter.

Southwestern North Sea:

wind: humber south to southeast about 4, locally 6, thames 

southerly winds about 3.

visibility/weather: locally rain with poor visibility, coastal 

fog.

sea: humber first 2,5 meter.
