general synoptic situation:

An extensive high 1040 over Russia slightly weakens. It will 

merge with another high 1029 shifting from France to Germany 

while intensifying a little bit. Between the aforementioned high 

pressure areas the cold front of a deep low 968 over the 

Norwegian Sea is stretching from the Gulf of Bothnia across the 

southern Baltic Sea to southern Germany. The cold front swings 

eastward and weakens. The associated low over the Norwegian Sea 

weakens too.

visibility/weather: locally shower or drizzle with poor 

visibility.
