general synoptic situation:

A high 1019 over central Sweden to Lapland is intensifying. A low

990 over northern Italy is moving into the northern Aegean Sea. 

An associated trough extends to Belarus and is moving southward 

toward the Black Sea. A deep low of 968 south of Iceland is 

moving westward. A new deep low of 970 is moving from the North 

Atlantic toward the sea area west of Ireland on Thursday.

visibility/weather: southwestern part rain or snow with very poor

visibility.

sea: northwestern part 3 meter.

Southwestern North Sea:

wind: humber southeast about 4, thames south about 3, shifting
