A high 1034 over central Finland and Karelia intensifies 

slightly. A ridge extending to southern Norway intensifies. 

Another ridge extending to Belarus expands to the Black Sea. A 

low-pressure system of 989 over the Celtic Sea is moving 

northwestward while weakening.

visibility/weather: at times snow or rain with poor visibility, 

later light icing.

sea: northwestern part at times 3 meter.

Southwestern North Sea:
