general synoptic situation:	

A low 997 Shetland Islands moves slightly deepens slightly. A 

trough swings from eastern Germany to the southern Baltic Sea by 

Wednesday noon. By Wednesday a new low 983 from the Atlantic 

reaches to the sea area north of Ireland and moves to Scotland by

Thursday morning. A ridge of the Azores High 1032 extends on 

Wednesday temporarily towards the Alps.
