general synoptic situation:	

A low 1006 over the Skagerrak is moving towards the northern part

of the Baltic Sea, dissipating there. A ridge of the Azores High 

1032 is extending from Germany into Eastern Europe. A new high 

1027 will build over northern Spain, which will move towards 

southern France. A deepening low 996 north of Scotland is moving 

towards the southern part of the Norwegian Sea. A secondary low 

995, which will develop over the Skagerrak on Saturday, will move

towards southern Sweden. On Saturday morning, a new low 998 will 

be located west of Ireland.
