general synoptic situation:	

A low 1007 over southern Sweden is moving towards the northern 

Baltic Sea, dissipating there. A ridge of the Azores High 1032 is

extending from Germany into Eastern Europe. A new high 1027 will 

build over northern Spain, which will move towards the Alpine 

region. A low 990 over the Faroe Islands is moving towards the 

Norwegian Sea, deepening temporarily. During the night to 

Saturday, a secondary low 995 will form over the Skagerrak and 

then move on towards the northern Baltic Sea. On Saturday 

morning, a new low 998 will be located west of Ireland and move 

towards Scotland, while deepening.
