A low 1013 south of the Aland Islands is moving toward the Baltic

States as it fills. A high 1030 over southern Germany is moving 

to Poland. An associated ridge is moving from the North Sea to 

the Baltic Sea. A deep low 937 with hurricane-force winds 

southeast of Iceland moves to the Norwegian Sea, weakening. Its 

outlying bands are reaching the North Sea.
