general synoptic situation:	

A high 1021 Romania with ridge 1015 Northwest-Russia displaces 

southeast. A low 993 southwest of Svalbard moves northeastward. A

secondary low 994 central Norway is moving to northern Finland 

while deepening. A frontal system between central Sweden and 

Germany shifts eastward. A ridge of the Azores High 1010 towards 

Jan Mayen is rapidly shifting southeast. A deep low 984 Irminger 

Sea is migrating towards the Faroe Islands. Its frontal system 

will reach the North-Sea by Thursday morning.
