over Belarus is moving towards Karelia while deepening. A ridge 

of the Azores High to the Alps is weakening. A low 996 northwest 

of Scotland is moving towards the Isle of Man while weakening. On

Wednesday morning, a secondary low 999 Fischer will develop and 

move towards the Baltic States.
