general synoptic situation:	

A high 1033 western Russia to Romania shifts hardly. A bridge of 

high pressure is extending across the Alps to the Azores high 

1033. A deep low 971 Iceland moves northeastward, weakening. A 

secondary low 999 Gulf of Bothnia moves to the White Sea while 

weakening. On Friday morning another secondary low 1005 will form

southwest of Cornwall, which will move to Humber by Saturday 

morning.
