An extensive low 990 northwestern Russia remains stationary. A 

trough swings from Skagerrak south-eastward and arrives at the 

Southern Baltic Sea late Thursday. A high 1031 Forties moves 

across the German Bight to the Czech Republic and weakens. A low 

994 central North Atlantic deepens. A trough travels from the Bay

of Biscay to south of Iceland and develops a new low 1003 on 

Thursday.
