An extensive high 1039 Russia with a ridge Belarus moves slightly

eastward while weakening. A low 991 Norwegian Sea moves via the 

Lofoten toward the Bay of Bothnia while weakening. A trough 

Skagerrak weakens slowly. A high 1032 over Germany moves slightly

northward with its center. A ridge extending Faroe Islands shifts

to Lapland.
