locally near gale force winds from northerly or westerly 

directions, isolated gale force winds with storm force 

gusts. Locally very rough sea. Over the northern half of 

the central Mediterranean Sea thunderstorms, particularly 

over the Adriatic Sea severe thunderstorms with heavy 

rain, hail, and storm force gusts. On Thursday over the 

northwestern and western Mediterranean Sea locally near 

gale force winds, isolated gale force winds with storm 

force gusts from variable directions. Over the northern 

half of the central and western Mediterranean Sea some 

thunderstorms, isolated severe thunderstorms. On Friday at 

first over the western and northwestern Mediterranean Sea 

locally near gale force winds. Over the northern half of 

the Mediterranean Sea isolated thunderstorms.
