<br> A low over Greece is causing strong or near-gale 

winds, with gale-force gusts in the Libyan and Ionian 

Seas, and in the eastern Mediterranean. These winds will 

gradually subside towards Monday. Meanwhile, the Meltemi 

wind will develop in the Aegean Sea on Sunday, causing 

local near-gale winds on Monday. Today and in the coming 

days, severe thunderstorms are expected, particularly in 

the central and eastern Mediterranean.
